REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing BocaDesignCo for your jewelry needs. All orders placed through our online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by you ("Client"). Please review our returns policy carefully before completing your purchase to ensure a smooth process:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Only non-customized items in unworn, unaltered condition, and in their original packaging are eligible for partial store credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt.
  • All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by our team.
  • There will be a restocking fee not to exceed 15% for all items approved for return.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom engraved or personalized merchandise, custom-made rings, grills, and any special or custom-designed items are non-refundable.
  • Special or limited-release items are also excluded from returns or exchanges.

Custom Orders

  • Each piece of BocaDesignCo jewelry is handcrafted to ordered specifications; therefore, we cannot issue refunds for changes of mind.
  • Creating your unique item involves highly-skilled craftsmanship and labor, which may take several weeks.

Fees and Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for any restocking and/or reconditioning fees and all shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties and or taxes.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.
  • We are committed to resolving such issues in accordance with our high-quality and service standards.
  • The legitimacy of all claims will be evaluated after inspection by our team.

When preparing your return, ensure the item is securely packaged. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.  Although most approved returns are processed within 5 days some make take up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your returned item for us to approve and process it.

In-Store Returns and Exchanges

  • We are currently not accepting in store returns or exchanges. Only orders placed through our online store.
